Shipping is provided through FedEx and DHL. For larger B2B orders Freight can be made available.

Yes we ship internationally. Wherever FedEx and DHL are available we can ship. That includes over 200 countries.

Shipping and Delivery times vary based on your location. A calculator is built into the checkout process. Simply add your address and the cart will give you an estimate for how long it will take to deliver your package.

Orders & Returns

Placing an order is super-easy. Simply browse to the item or service you with to purchase, download or book and add it to your cart. You can continue to shop or visit your cart by click the cart icon on the top right of your screen. 

Your cart will display all the items you added and will provide a total. Simply select ‘Checkout’ then follow the instructions on your screen to place the order.

Your purchase orders are automatically forwarded to the respective vendors for fulfillment.

No, you do NOT need an account to place your order, however, there are some benefits to having an account, namely the ability to track your order. This feature is only available to account holders. Good news, accounts are free and easy to setup. You can create an account here.

After each purchase of a physical product requiring shipping, you will be sent an email containing details of your purchase and if you are a member of gatherin2020.com you will be able to login and track your purchases.

The Gatherin’ Marketplace is home to a wide variety to products provided by different vendors. Some products are physical, requiring shipping, others are virtual offering downloads of the products. Still others are bookable time based services. 

You can only cancel or change physical products and some bookable services. Check the product’s vendor for more specific details on their return or cancelation policy. 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase of a physical product you can return it. 

The label sent with the product should have return instructions and the exact address to return it to. Returns should be sent to the vendor and not gatherin2020 address.
